30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Planet Briquette boxy tee. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
• Returned in original or comparable packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items (marked at checkout)
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@planetbriquette.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order at your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
