Free Shipping
All orders over $75 ship free within the contiguous United States (48 states). There are no coupon codes required — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Note: Additional shipping charges apply for orders to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). Free shipping threshold does not apply to AK and HI.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST may not be processed until the following business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
International Shipping
At this time, Planet Briquette ships to all 50 US states only. We do not ship internationally.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@planetbriquette.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Planet Briquette is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
